We ship all of our orders from Canada using CanadaPost. For all orders shipped to the United States, your package will be handled by USPS once it has arrived in the destination country. You can get a more detailed tracking information by inputting your tracking number on the USPS website.

COVID-19 UPDATE:

Please expect much longer than usual delivery times, as well as significant delays in Canada Post & USPS tracking status updates. In some cases, your tracking may not update until the package has been delivered.


We are seeing significant and inconsistent delays on the carrier side for international shipments. Tracking has also been comparatively unreliable, sometimes not updating from pre-shipment status until the package has already been delivered. Customs processing time has been extremely slow compared to what we normally expect.


We are doing absolutely everything in our ability to get orders to you as quickly as possible, but unfortunately once packages are handed off to USPS, their movement is out of our control. 

USA Orders:

For orders shipped to USA, please enter your tracking number below. Please allow 1-2 business days from the date of the shipment email for your tracking number to resolve in the couriers tracking system. This is not an issue with the tracking number. if it is not resolve by then, please contact us at info@nimbuspods.com.


CANADA Orders:

For orders shipped to Canada, please visit Canada Post's website to enter your tracking information provided. Please allow 1-2 business days from the date of the shipment email for your tracking number to resolve in the couriers tracking system. This is not an issue with the tracking number. if it is not resolve by then, please contact us at info@nimbuspods.com.
